Visit jetti.com/login. Sign in with Google or Apple — both are delegated providers, so we don't manage passwords on our side. If you've lost access to your Google or Apple account, recover it with that provider first. Forgot which one you used? Email us with the name on your account and we'll look it up.
Use the Billing tile above to open the customer portal. Enter your account email — Polar will email you a sign-in link. From there you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. No app login required.
Inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. If you can't sign in, email us at support@jetti.com with your account email and we'll process the deletion within 30 days. All your data is removed.
Inside the app each section has its own export — action plan, contacts, notes, and activity history all download as CSV. If you can't sign in, email us and we'll provide a full export.
