Who we are

Jetti ("we") is a customer retention analytics platform delivered as a web app (jetti.com), an iOS app, and a Google Sheets add-on. Operated by Jetti, LLC, Los Angeles, CA. Contact: support@jetti.com.

This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.

II.Data Collection & Use

What we collect

  • From your sign-in provider (Google or Apple): email, display name, and profile photo if available.
  • What you upload: CSV files of your business's customer and transaction data. This is your data; we process it to provide the Service.
  • What you create in the app: notes, drafts, contacts, data maps, AI conversations, activity history, and any feedback you submit.
  • From a connected calendar (optional, via Nylas): events, free/busy, and contacts. We do not connect to your inbox or send mail on your behalf.
  • Automatically: usage and performance analytics, error reports (PII scrubbed), basic device info, and a device ID on iOS for push notifications.

You may also enter a company name, role, business description, meeting links, and preferences. The AI assistant may save short business-context notes (vocabulary, hours, terminology) to keep its answers in your voice; you can review, edit, or delete these from the pet chat panel.

How AI features work

AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude.

  • Anonymized. Customer names are replaced with codes (e.g. "Member-A") before anything is sent to the AI. This applies to every AI feature — action plan, assistant, email and SMS drafts.
  • You review and send. AI-drafted emails and SMS hand off to your own mail or messaging app. Jetti does not deliver messages.
  • No training. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
III.Sharing & Storage

Sub-processors

We share data only with these providers, each for a specific operational purpose:

  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting, storage, authentication, push delivery (US)
  • Apple — sign-in identity (only if you use Sign in with Apple)
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI assistant and AI drafting
  • Nylas — calendar and contacts integration
  • Polar — subscription billing; card data stays with Polar, we never see it
  • Google Analytics — product analytics on signed-in surfaces
  • Sentry — error monitoring, with PII scrubbed

Feedback you submit through the in-app form may be relayed to internal team channels so we can respond. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or allow any third party to use it for AI training. We may disclose data if required by valid legal process and will notify you if permitted.

Storage, security, retention

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Each user's data is scoped to their own account; profile avatars are treated as public-style profile images. We hold data while your account exists and delete it on request. Error logs are retained for 90 days. Some operations (cohort analysis) run in memory only and write nothing to disk.

Delete individual items in the app at any time, or fully delete your account from the Account page — that wipes your uploaded files, pipeline, contacts, AI history, and sign-in record.

Two things stay separate from the in-app delete: subscription billing (cancel at jetti.com or polar.sh/jetti-sheets/portal/request) and a connected calendar grant (revoke at the provider's account permissions page).

IV.Cookies & Add-ons

Cookies and local storage

IV.a

We use a Firebase authentication session, a short-lived CSRF cookie during calendar connection, and analytics cookies on signed-in surfaces. Local storage holds UI preferences, a device identifier for push, and a cached service-worker manifest so the app works offline. No customer-record data lives in local storage. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Google Sheets add-on

The add-on uses Google's Native Picker — we can only access files you select; we can't browse your Drive. OAuth scopes: `drive.file`, `spreadsheets.currentonly`, `script.external_request`, `script.container.ui`, `script.scriptapp`, `userinfo.email`.

V.Your Rights

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your data, and stop using the Service at any time. Email support@jetti.com to exercise any of these; we respond within 30 days. We do not sell your personal information and your data is stored and processed in the United States.

Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

V.c

We update this policy when features or laws change. Material changes get email notice 30 days ahead. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
