Jetti is built around a nostalgic, custom pixel-art design system, with a small cast of pixel companions that live in the sidebar and react to what’s happening in your work — cheering when a long-tenured member renews, looking concerned when someone goes quiet. Fun and serious aren’t opposites. We sweat both.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Candor, even when it's slow.

If revenue is slipping, we say so. If a member is about to walk, we say so. No hedging, no spin, no “opportunities to reconnect.” The point of the tool is to tell you the truth fast enough to do something about it.

Plain English, always.

“Slowed down on classes, last visit was three weeks ago” beats “tier: Critical, urgency: this_month.” Internal jargon stays internal — it never lands in front of a customer or in front of you.
