Built for the operator who’s also…
the analyst (you),the closer (also you),and the customer-service rep (still you).
Jetti is the recurring revenue intelligence for small and growing businesses — gyms, studios, salons, clubs and more. It tells you what changed, who to check in with, and why they’re worth your time.
“A jetty is a small but powerful structure that helps people navigate vast, shifting waters.”
We built Jetti to do the same — but for data.
Everything you’ve been wanting in one place. A business hub, a member directory with full history, context-aware outreach, and a calendar — all centered on an intelligence layer that’s specific to your business: what changed, who needs a check-in, what to say.
The math underneath is rigorous — as serious as any enterprise tool charging thousands a month. Jetti is powered by a patent-pending deterministic model, not an AI prediction. AI can’t think, and we use it last — only for the pieces where it actually helps: turning a list of names into a draft email, summarizing a member’s history, sharpening the message you’d already send.
Two engines fire in parallel. Results merge into one picture.
The rare few who actually need a call.
Jetti is built around a nostalgic, custom pixel-art design system, with a small cast of pixel companions that live in the sidebar and react to what’s happening in your work — cheering when a long-tenured member renews, looking concerned when someone goes quiet. Fun and serious aren’t opposites. We sweat both.
If revenue is slipping, we say so. If a member is about to walk, we say so. No hedging, no spin, no “opportunities to reconnect.” The point of the tool is to tell you the truth fast enough to do something about it.
“Slowed down on classes, last visit was three weeks ago” beats “tier: Critical, urgency: this_month.” Internal jargon stays internal — it never lands in front of a customer or in front of you.
Names are masked before our analysis runs, before any AI feature touches the data, before our team sees a thing. Your customer list powers your account — nothing else, nobody else.

Strive to be curious and always part of the solution.
Before Jetti, I partnered with GTM teams across SaaS, advertising, sales, and aerospace — turning numbers into strategy. It shaped a belief: those who need clarity most often have the least access to it.

An AI co-pilot
Added the pet companion, AI-drafted outreach, and the action plan worklist. The whole loop got tighter: open the app, see who needs a call, send the message.
