By using Jetti (the "Service"), provided by Jetti, LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be 18 or older.
Jetti is a customer retention analytics platform delivered as a web app (jetti.com), an iOS app, and a Google Sheets add-on. It analyzes the data you upload, generates an action plan, drafts retention emails and SMS, and integrates with your calendar.
Sign in with Google or Apple in the web and iOS apps; the Sheets add-on uses Google Workspace. You are responsible for the security of your account.
If you connect a calendar through Nylas, you authorize us to read your calendar events, free/busy, and contacts to power scheduling and the calendar-aware AI assistant. We do not connect to your inbox, send mail on your behalf, or track opens or replies. Disconnect any time from your account settings.
You own your data — uploads, generated reports, and AI outputs. You're responsible for having the right to upload customer data and for complying with applicable privacy laws when you do.
We process your uploads automatically to generate retention insights; we don't manually review them, and they're isolated to your account.
You can delete data inside the app, or fully delete your account from the Account page. Account deletion wipes uploads, pipeline results, contacts, AI history, and your sign-in record. Subscriptions and connected calendar grants are independent — cancel billing at jetti.com, and revoke calendar access at your provider.

We enforce reasonable rate, file-size, and token limits to keep the Service reliable.
AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude. We anonymize customer names before sending data to the AI across every AI feature. Drafts hand off to your own mail or messaging app — Jetti does not deliver messages on your behalf.
The assistant may save short business-context notes (vocabulary, hours, terminology) so future answers stay in your voice. You can review, edit, or delete these from the pet chat panel.
AI outputs are suggestions. You're responsible for reviewing them before acting and for the content of any messages you send. You're solely responsible for compliance with anti-spam and anti-solicitation laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and similar).
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar. We never see or store your card data. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support@jetti.com.
The Service — including its design, features, algorithms, scoring models, and brand assets — is owned by Jetti, LLC. Your data and the reports generated from it are yours. If you give us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We don't guarantee analytics will be error-free, that AI recommendations will be accurate, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. You're responsible for verifying outputs, backing up your data, and any decisions you make based on them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Jetti, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify Jetti, LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, data you upload, or messages you send.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, IP, and Indemnification sections survive.
Contact support@jetti.com first to try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes not resolved informally shall be heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
We may update these Terms. For material changes affecting your data or rights, we'll email at least 30 days ahead. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms together with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Jetti, LLC. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor; you may not.
